Earlier, UGC Net Examination Qualify Criteria was fifteen percent, which has now been reduced to six percent. This rule will be applicable for the examination held on November 5 this year.
In the first three examinations, the top 15 percent of the students getting the marks were considered as UGC Net Exam Qualify. However, this figure will now be six per cent.Now examination of UGC Net will now be held on November 5 instead of November 19.
The UGC has sent a letter of change in the rules of UGC Net Examination on Friday evening to universities and higher education institutions across the country. In the UGC Net Examination Paper 1, Paper 2 and Paper 3, students will now have to get the numbers under the new rules.
The UGC net exam window will open from August 1. On 24th July, notification in this regard will be issued. Candidates can apply from August 1 to August 30. While applying on 31st August, additional charges will be charged.
