The government is preparing to form a board on the lines of the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) to take the examination of 23 lakh students and students who are taking training in Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs). The Ministry of Human Resources has agreed to this proposal. Skill Development and Entrepreneurship Minister Rajiv Pratap Rudy, in a press conference giving a detailed account of the three years of his ministry's achievement on Tuesday, said that the Modi Government is increasing employment opportunities in the youth as well as increasing employment opportunities. The Union Minister said that according to the syllabus of ITI, the students taking the training are being interviewed for the CBSE separately. For this, the CBSE has to make changes in its curriculum. The government is also considering separate boards for this. Students from this training will also get higher education opportunities. The approval of this proposed board will also be according to the CBSE. He said that the consent of the Ministry of Human Resource Development has also been received in this regard and it will be started soon.
